What it had to do.

The practice works entirely online, so the website has to make tax administration feel manageable, explain what each service costs, and collect the right details before the first conversation.

The structure underneath.

Every fee, service and deadline on the site comes from three data files, and every inquiry arrives through one of three forms. Change a fee or a SARS date once and each page that mentions it updates.

  1. Pages

    • Home
    • Eight service pages
    • How it works
    • Pricing
    • Residency guides
    • FAQ
    • Contact
  2. Shared data

    • Services
    • Fees
    • SARS deadlines
  3. Requests

    • Quote request
    • Residency screening
    • Private onboarding

Static pages on a global edge network. Forms post to a form service, so there is no client portal to maintain. 3D scenes load only once a page is idle, with still images where a device has no graphics hardware.

  • Service, pricing and process pages that share one content structure
  • Typed data files for services, fees and SARS deadlines, so a price or date changes in one place
  • Dedicated request forms connected to a form service, with no client portal to maintain
  • Static pages on a global edge network; 3D scenes load only once the page is idle, with still images where a device has no graphics hardware

What we built.

  • A navy and gold design in the practice’s brand colors, with light and dark themes
  • Example fixed fee quotes in the hero and a SARS deadline table that flags the next date automatically
  • A quote request flow, a residency screening form and private onboarding forms
  • Mobile layouts with a persistent route to WhatsApp and the quote form

The result.
